This special gathering at the Timberline Lodge aims to recreate the 1920s era ball from the film at the same lodge featured in the movie. $100/person VIP Packages include a night's stay at the lodge, dinner, cocktails, a special midnight showing of the film.




Mezzo-soprano superstar Stephanie Blythe, who plays the femme fatale in Pittsburgh Opera’s Samson and Delilah, leads a master class for the Resident Artists of Pittsburgh Opera tonight at 7:00 PM. The Middle East film series at Allegheny College continues tomorrow at 7:30 pm with Man Push Cart in Room 212 of Carnegie Hall. The film is free and open to the public.


This week's film in the Clarion-Venango Campus Independent Film Series is Turtles Can Fly. The flick is Saturday at 7:30 pm in Rhodes Auditorium and is free and open to the public.

The ninethirteenmassacre play a 21+ show at Pittsburgh's Smiling Moose (1306 E., Carson Street) Saturday at 10 pm with special guests the pressure, the Iron City Hooligans. $5 cover

The Venango Chamber Orchestra play a free concert at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Barrow-Civic Theatre in Franklin.
