I have some Evernote invites available. Send me your email address and I'll hook you up.

About 45 people made it to the ARTS Oil City presentation Saturday that brought Marian Van Landingham, founding member of the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, VA. to a community information meeting and included a tour of the studios in the National Transit Annex. Pretty sweet.

I finally made it to Oil City's Latonia Theatre last night -a nicely done renovation in progress that is an addition to the community. And they have a YouTube presence. Smart.

Venangoland is updated with a post about just going through the motions - good advice to bloggers, or artists, or artist-bloggers.

More and more people are running around yelling, "How do we get these darn kids to come to our plays/operas/lecture series?" I have yet to see any good ideas come out of it, but a lot of consultants are making buckets of money by showing aging boomers what facebook looks like. Jealous? Heck yeah!
